PRG Academy is the youth development division of Phoenix Redemption Gaming. We provide a safe, structured, and positive online environment where young people can enjoy gaming while developing leadership, teamwork, responsibility, character, and communication skills.
Many gaming communities focus only on gameplay. PRG Academy focuses on people.
Gaming is the environment. The larger purpose is helping cadets grow into respectful, responsible, and capable young leaders.
Teamwork
Cadets learn to work with others toward common goals, support fellow members, and communicate with respect.
Leadership
Leadership is built through service, example, responsibility, maturity, and earning the trust of others.
Character
Integrity, honesty, humility, accountability, and respect matter inside and outside Academy activities.
Transparency is part of the safety plan.
Parents are welcome to observe Academy activities, sit in on voice channels, review Academy policies, ask questions, and communicate directly with Academy leadership.
Direct Messages are not used for Academy operations; official concerns are handled through the ticket system.
Cadets are not expected to operate Academy voice channels without adult oversight.
Academy activities are not conducted during a cadet's designated school hours.
There are no Academy activities intentionally hidden from parents.
