PRG Academy exists to help young people become stronger leaders, better teammates, and more responsible individuals through mentorship, accountability, and community.
PRG Academy provides a safe, structured, and supervised environment where young people can enjoy gaming while developing leadership, teamwork, communication, responsibility, and character.
Many gaming communities focus only on gameplay. PRG Academy focuses on people. We encourage cadets to respect others, work together, accept responsibility, support fellow members, develop leadership abilities, and grow in character and maturity.
The Academy operates under adult PRG leadership. Cadets are never expected to lead themselves without guidance and oversight.
Adult leaders monitor Academy activities, enforce standards, and maintain a safe environment.
Leadership is responsible for mentoring cadets and supporting their development.
Leadership positions are earned through trust, responsibility, maturity, and service, and every leader is expected to set a positive example.
