PRG Academy is designed to help young people become stronger leaders, better teammates, and more responsible individuals through mentorship, accountability, and community.

What membership asks of a cadet
Participation is a privilege. Cadets are expected to follow Academy rules and standards, show respect toward others, maintain appropriate conduct, follow leadership instructions, and support a positive community environment.
Respect is expected in both conduct and communication.
Academy spaces are expected to remain appropriate and respectful.
How a cadet handles competition matters.
Accountability and personal ownership are part of development.
The goal is a positive community environment, not individual status.
Gaming never outranks real life.
